For the Dual Opening Gold Mechanical Pocket Watch and Chain #3575-G, I know that it is gold plated but I was wondering what metal the watch is made of, along with the silver version of this watch. If worn everyday ( provided it doesn't come into contact with anything in a pocket of a pair of jeans) would the plating hold up over time?
