I am very pleased with this product, very well-made, elegant. The only thing that I suggest if you were going to purchase the pen, if you’re going to have an engraved on it, the pin top is gray and the writing was gray. I kind of felt that the writing should’ve been in black so you can see the writing better, but otherwise I recommend this product pen to everyone.

I ordered this pen after another from another company hadn't arrived and there wasn't an ETA. After I placed the order and realized I may not have given enough time to receive before we had to leave for the wedding, I called and left a message on Sunday evening asking if I needed to upgrade the shipping to 2 day that would've been another $34.00. They actually engraved the pen and box Monday morning very early and shipped it out the same day and I received it just in time. Had they waited until Tuesday to ship, I would not have received it in time for the wedding. Great customer service and will use again. Thank you!!

I purchased this as a gift. The ordering process was straightforward and the item arrived within the indicated timeline. The inscription looked good but the box was a bit cheaper than I expected. It seemed like the wood had been banged around a bit and had a couple of dents in it. Inside the box was a cheap foam padding surrounding the pen. Overall the gift was a success but you get what you paid for.

The item was delivered as scheduled. The engraving on the box and on the pen was as described. It is a nice looking box set, very professional. The engraving on the pen could have been shaded or actually put on the barrel, so it would show up better. All in all, it is a quality product and the recipient was pleased.

The engraving a the box was perfect but the engraving on the pen looked nothing like what is shown in the picture. It is barely visible. I would not have bought the item if a true representation had been shown.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this pen. It is cheap. The engraving put off a rose hue. The twist mechanism to engage the pen also disassembles the pen. The box is the best part of the product.
