I ordered this item for my nephew who had just graduated with his EdD. I wanted the script to be a little larger than the size I selected (as shown on the website), so I wrote this request in the comments and called the organization to ensure they could accomodate this. They had already enlarged the script and shipped the desk plate and when it arrived, it was perfect and very nice looking. My nephew beamed when he saw it. He loves his gift!

This nameplate was exactly what I expected except for the fact that the etching is a little challenging to read. Other than that is is high quality glass piece that is beautiful.

The piece came out lovely but the glass was quite a bit darker than expected.

Shipment came in on time. Professionally etched, no marring. The item is a good weight. This gift will last my husband for years to come. I would suggest to the company to offer the name plates individually so I can have the plate switched out when he receives promotions and his title changes.

Only drawback is the lettering is hard to see depending on the lighting and angle of the lighting passing through the glass. In the picture the lettering is white. In reality it is not. The glass is engraved with no color in the etching at all.

I was afraid that since I opted for the free shipping it would take forever to receive and he wouldn't have it for his 1st day, BUT, I ordered it and it was shipped right away! I ordered a nameplate and had it shipped 3-day priority. When checking the tracking of my nameplate, the delivery date was the day after I needed it to arrive. I contacted Executive Gift Shoppe and spoke to an amazingly kind gentleman (I believe his name was Pete) who reviewed the tracking order while I was on the phone, apologized, and refunded the cost for the shipping. He was very understanding and handled a situation that was out of his control the best way he could and I so appreciate him for that. The nameplate arrived and it was so beautiful!! Bought this for my husband`€™s new office at work. It`€™s beautiful and was engraved exactly as we asked. It looks sleek on the desk and though it`€™s not too big, it really stands out. Most importantly, he loves it!

The website was easy to use and the gift shipped within 24 hours! When it arrived, it was exactly as expected. We love it as the purchasers and the recipient was just as excited as he had just become a doctor, and this was for his desk. The only reason I did not give a 5th star was because of the limited font options. It would have been nice to have some other options to choose from.
