My sister and I ordered my nephew a beautiful pen set after he graduated with his doctorate in Educational Leadership. Before they even shipped the pens, I received a call from the company asking me about the engraving. For some reason, that information had not shown up when I submitted it on-line. Had it not been for that young lady giving me a personal call, I would have messed up the order. She took the information over the phone and the pens and case were promptly delivered. Our nephew LOVED his gift. I will order again from this company the next time I need a gift.

Wood box was nice. The printing on box turned out quite nice. The engraving on pen is a bit difficult to see. That’s why only 3 stars. But….maybe it suppose to be like that. The gift was well received and the person loved it.

I had originally ordered another set, but when it arrived I wasn't very happy with the construction and feel of the pens. I would purchase this item again if needed. The only issue that I’ve found with this item is that when you turn the pen to bring out the head it doesn’t always catch sometime it just unscrews the entire top off. All pens do it eventually but for a new pen it should happen this soon. It’s not a major issue for me or the person I bought it for, but if your giving it to someone that is OCD with there belongings I wouldn’t go with it. Now as far as the craftsmanship of the engraving that’s another story it beautiful 100% worth ever dime plus extra. The engraving on the box and the pens are phenomenal and second to none. All in all it’s Definitely worth the money and will definitely make you the talk around the office.

I was searching for a birthday gift to give to one of my family members that was about to celebrate his birthday and a book launching. What a perfect timing for his book signing! Book signing was delivered perfectly well. His name engraved was a warm heartfelt feeling. "A gift that he will cherish for a long time and recommend he express!"

Got as graduation present for son in law. He likes it. The pens look very nice but the case feels cheap—would’ve been nicer if the refills fit in case. Shipping was quick. Website mentioned it being gift wrapped with message but it came in plain white box with no message.

The box is nice and the pens are pretty. It's just not as elegant and precision as I expected for the price. The ballpoint pen feels loose, therefore making it uncomfortable to write with. I should have opted for a larger engraving as the small is too small.

Working w the people at executive gift shoppe was very very easy and Pete was so nice. They were able to personalize my purchase further by swapping different pens in the box that I wanted. The pens are nice and write smoothly. The engravement on the pens is barely noticeable, and the box is crooked, the lid doesn't sit right and sticks out on one side. I specially had the pens swapped out so I could have this particular box and I was sent a crooked one. The refills I ordered are just thrown in the box, theres no bag for them or anything. It honestly looks very sloppy, and the box still doesn't close properly if I remove them from the box. Its already engraved, Im not sending it back. It was for my ex so I dont care that much but still.

Pens and engraving looks elegant, but the case seems a little used.

These a awesome gift pens! I have purchased them twice and would order again. I have heard nothing but great comments. Turn around time is quick as well, so they are great for that last minute gift idea!

Customer Service was excellent. Not happy about my product thou, the ballpoint pen writes of a light black color, not rich in color. The name inscription on the pen looks like scribble, cannot really read the name looks sloppy. Don't like the color of the box in person a red brown color, would have preferred a lighter wood color, and the Inscription is just too big and loud. Not happy with the product at all.

I was looking for something nice for a collegue who just passed the bar exam. These pens are of great quality and their appearance is very elegant and professional. The cost was minimal considering the quality.

Pens and box looked wonderful. Only advice is make sure you spell the persons name correctly unlike me . In my defense it was Keri not Kerri. Lol
