I love this pen set and this company! I messed up on my order and they worked with me to fix it at no cost to me! Will continue using them for all my awards.

Had a problem with shipping. My error, not the company. I called and spoke to Joanne. The order was a gift and she offered to resend the item free of charge if I failed to receive it. I eventually received the order. The pen and pencil set is as expected. The quality and engraving is excellent. Great product and exceptional customer service.

Looks cool. The pen does not work. Bought as a special gift for my daughter honoring 25th bday and her name change. Ouch. I was so excited bc the purchase was prompted by her saying she really loved pens that write great. Bummed

I cannot give enough praise for the customer service I received. I didn't see where the font could be changed until after I submitted my order. I immediately sent an email and much to my surprise, I received a quick response back acknowledging the font change. I also received the pen/pencil set in quick order. I ordered the double pen case with replacement ink. The case was perfectly engraved and centered. Each pen had different engravings which came out beautifully and the pens are solid quality. 4 out of 5 star rating only bc the color I ordered the case to match other pieces in Rosewood but actually came in more of a coffee color. Other than color, this order was perfectly executed and delivered within 3 days. My boss was beyond happy. Highly recommend Executive Gift Shoppe!

You should be able to return inscribed items. Please use a better system when ordering online. The lettering on the description pen showed that the lettering was going to be big. But when I got the pen the lettering was so small it was laughable. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I have ordered pen sets from Executive Gift Shoppe numerous times, all engraved, and all received with elation. Not only does each box look beautiful, the engraving is excellent, and the pens flow smoothly. The are both eye and hand candy! Don't think twice.

I ordered last year. I gave my e mail address instead of my home address. It was delivered to someone else. I called them. They immediately saw the problem. They immediately said they would send the order and would not charge. I insisted no, it was my fault. They insisted to send it. So very nice on the phone. Received it quickly. This was just what I was looking for and it turned out great! It arrived exactly how the 'preview' feature showed it while I was ordering. The quality is top-notch and the engraving is absolutely beautiful. I ordered for my Father who is getting his CFP certification. I actually ordered two of them because I made a mistake on the first one's engraving. I loved it so much though I ordered a second just to correct it.
