The flask was very light weight, however the engraving was excellent

We ordered 6 flasks each with slightly different engraving to be used as trophies for a regatta hosted by our yacht club. I had seen comments that the lettering was hard to read so I sent an inquiry to the company to clarify...apparently, the diamond engraving is a colorless technique for those who want something very subtle and if you want to read the engraving, simply ask for laser engraving in the comments section. This is what we did and we love the results! The company is very helpful and easy to work with. Our order was completed and shipped quickly.

The engraving is very faint and extremely difficult to read. And there is a scratched on the center of the flask.

At the last minute, we got around to ordering groomsmen gifts for my husband's side of the wedding party. I've ordered a number of these over the years for rewards and receivers have always been happy with them.

The item doesn't matter but the service from the company was great. I screwed up the engraving when I placed the order (a rush order for a retirement). I left a message on the answering machine(of course it was after hours) with no hope for a favorable resolution. I was called the next day by someone in management who assured me the job would be done correctly and on time...and it was. I whole heartedly recommend the company and whatever they sell.

I had ordered a flask from another company for Christmas and it leaked right out of the box - defeats the whole point! So I bought my husband a new one for our 20th anniversary and had it engraved. The engraving looks great. It came on time. Doesn't leak - huge bonus! And the instructions said not to leave liquor in there for longer than 3 days. That would have been good to know with the last one.

It is a very nice flask and it would be Great it the laser ingraving was more pronounced, it's difficult to see it, you have to hold the flask at just the right angle to see it. It's very good laser work, just not bold or deep enough

Flasks are good value but seem to be made to last. The engraving turned out great and just as I ordered. Would order again!

I ordered 6 for the groomsmen in our wedding on 9/10/11. The price was great. Engraving quality was okay. Product quality was good; however, one of the flasks leaked from bottom. Also, fingerprints do not wipe off easily.

I placed an order for 6 flasks and literally 3 days later they were at my doorstep and the quality was fantastic. One of the flasks had a small misprint so I called them and they immediately shipped a new one out the next day. Highly recommend!

The flesk is very nice and the price is absolutely affordable! Unfortunately it did not work out with my complete engravement and only the first line was engraved, but i gues thats must have been my fault and i should have double checked. But its very very beautiful, great gift for a friend!

Personalization was very difficult to see on the flask. Otherwise, it is a good product

I ordered this for my groomsmen in June of 2010. I would highly recommend them. Plenty of space for their names and a small quote. They are pretty sturdy and high quality. I got one for each of my groomsmen and my dad. I had a small issue with a coupon code and it was handled within 18 hours. Highly recommend both executive gift shop and the flask.
