Bought these for my wife since she wanted professional pens made for her job. Ordering process was easy. The pens and case look great and she's very happy with them. However, I also paid for extra ink for them, and they were damaged either from shipment or packaging. I would buy from this site again for future pens to be made.

Good product quick and easy process

The double wooden pen set was a big hit. I gave it as a gift for a special anniversary. He loved the fact that both the box and the pens are made of a beautiful cherrywood. He was especially excited about the engraving on both box and pens. Everyone present was equally impressed with the workmanship and presentation. I would definitely buy this again as a gift. I ordered the pen and pencil with the case which was engraved. It was beautifully done I really like it. I will purchase something else.

The pens were beautiful, but I had ordered refills for the pens as they are a gift. Those were not received. This was not a large order so that small detail should not have been missed. I will call the company today and let them know. The refills were already paid for just not included in the box. I am going to order again and hopefully, won't have the problem again.

The quality is pretty good overall. The writing is done as requested and looked good. The wood is good quality but isn’t quite the color in the pictures when ordered and the pens don’t completely sit in there very well. The price was good and came pretty fast. So overall I would say this product is good but would be reserved in recommending it to others

This item was “just okay.” I bought it as a gift and I was underwhelmed when it arrived. The cover of the case also did not fit well. This was the first time I made a purchase from Executive Gifts so not sure if all their products are just average.

I only have one negative thing to say. The wood is stained a very red color. I would have preferred a more brown tone. However. The customer service is definitely a 5 star. I had a problem and they were exceptionally helpful and gracious about. They made me happy and it was so nice to deal with a company that was so nice to its customers

These pens were a graduation gift. They are nicely engraved. I gave 4 stars because I thought the box would be engraved as well but it was not. Perhaps I miscommunicated? Otherwise, very nice and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Would buy from this seller again.

I wanted to give a gift to people in my department who make tenure. The college does nothing besides giving a certificate and I wanted to make it at least a little special with this gift. There's really a good selection on this site, and the value on these products are great, especially with the fact that you can personalize them. It's a great little gift for a very reasonable price. I know nothing about the actual quality of the product, but the person who got the gift really loved it.
