Beautiful pen and box for the price. The free engraving was a definite bonus

The top of the box arrived with scratches all over it and the rosewood isn't flush with the maple wood, which made me wonder how quickly this was put together. The pen arrived in perfect condition, however, and the bottom of the box arrived in a less-than-perfect but acceptable fashion. The oval view window wasn't sanded down either, which made me question the overall quality of products on this website. It concerns me not so much that I've spent a hearty $37 on this, but that I've spent a hefty $84 on another product from this site as well. Will that arrive in similar condition, too? I'm prepared to be disappointed. So I've emailed these folks here about the brand, shade, and amount of varnish used for the box, because it's 4 days until I give this to my father and I'm not sure if they'll be able to send me a replacement in time with what I imagine are many other back orders to fulfill, and I can certainly fix this myself if I knew what to use, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Box is good quality. Pen is OK but name looks printer, not engraved. Some printing of name has already stsrt ed to smear. Would rate it a 4 or more if engraved instead of printed. Although I would expect to psy a little more if engraved.

The pen is for my son who graduates in 2019. He will begin his first professional business position in June 2019. I thought it would add a personal touch.

I loved how this came out, the wood was smooth, the engraving on the pen and box were just outstanding. I couldn’t of asked for something better. The only down fall of this was the pen ink didn’t work at all, no matter how many times I tried to write with it. So that sucked. But everything else was above my standers. Yes it may be cheap, but it’s so worth it. And it comes so fast. I was very surprised at how fast it got to me.

I noticed the pen on Executive Gift Shoppe and thought it was lovely. But then, it got better. As I ordered 32 of these pens, I also wanted our company logo, Text of Thank you, 2018 and a logo of a Buffalo. Pete was gracious to find a Buffalo Logo that would complement the box itself. We was great to work with getting the design perfect. The order was processed and sent out promptly. When I was ensuring the correct spelling of the recipients name on the pen themselves, I noticed that I made a spelling error. Pete was wonderful as I was in a time crunch to get a corrected pen. We ordered this as a gift for the Officient of my sons wedding! It was the perfect gift! So glad we found your company. It also came very promptly!

The engraving was well done, but the wood on the ends didn't match in length, and there were tool marks (actually probably vice rash) on the sides of the engraved piece. Wood appears to be good quality, and shipping was fast, so I'll sand it and see if I can make it look better. But overall, fairly shoddy workmanship.

Nice product and I love that I could customize the engraving. I needed some help from CS and they got back to me right away via email. I gave it 4 stars because there was a little piece of unsanded wood on one of the inside corners of the box. Picture attached. It wasn't major enough to return and I bet they would have taken it back If I asked. The top of the box comes completely off of the bottom and stays together with magnets. That was a surprise, but would also be an easy enough switch if I had wanted to replace the bottom half. So, it is a good product, but the quality control was off on this one. Like I said, it wasn't a major flaw, it serves my purpose well and I'm happy I found this company!

This product turned out to be better than i expected. The colors are really nice and the engraving is perfectly contrasted. The box is two separate pieces that are held together by magnets. The pen is a bit on the light side but it writes very smooth. Overall a gift im happy to give

I ordered this for my adult son's birthday. It arrived early and looked awesome. This is not a heavy pen. He really liked the pen but when he tried writing with it it skips.
