I had one of these made up for a visiting VIP. Our company CEO later gave me a shout-out because the VIP's reaction on getting the pen was so excited. We've done standard pens before, but the wood execution and the window in the box really set this product apart. We recently had an on-site field trip hosting several doctors and their teams...and had one of these waiting for each attendee. 10/10 would order again. (WILL order again, actually.) Final note: we had to add a last minute item to the order, and I called the company directly. I've been working with on-line print, promo and literature vendors for almost 20 years and I have never had a better Customer Service experience. EVER. This company is top notch.

I ordered 2 personalized pens for Christmas presents. I liked them so much I ended up ordering a third. One of them was for my husband and he loves how smooth the ink writes. I was kind of hesitant when ordering these, of the quality in relation to the price. I received them, and was very surprised of the great quality and workmanship. I ended up ordering more. Highly recommend!
