Good quality, reasonably priced, easy to order, and delivered in a timely fashion. I just wish I had considered making the inscription generic so that the gavel could be passed on to future officeholders. But the personalization was nice, too.

The gavel came very quickly. It has a nice heft to it...but the engraving was the high point...my dad was a jeweler and did hand engraving...I know today it is done with a machine. However, for the price point, the engraving was perfectly executed in my company's Olde English font with three lines and complex wording....and I will be very proud to gift my wonderful boss with this for his birthday. Well done!

This gavel came quickly and well packaged in a sturdy, white cardboard box. The color is less red than the picture. It looks like "walnut with oak finish" as stated in the description and is not glossy. It's got a nice weight to it so it doesn't feel cheap. The gold band is shiny and the engraving was done well. I was impressed with everything from this company. The ordering process, follow through, quality and pricing cannot be beat! I will be back for more!

In previous years I have ordered my gavels from another company but every year the price kept going up so I decided to order from Executive Gift Shoppe with a great deal of hesitation since I had found them via Google. I am so glad that I did! It is the exact same gavel and much cheaper. The quality is excellent and I have no regrets! Not only is the product great Customer Service is awesome. There was an error on one of the gavel plates; my error, not theirs. I called ready to give my credit card for a new plate and was told I did not have to pay and the plate arrived in two days. I will continue to order my gavels from Executive Gift Shoppe!

Actually bigger than I wanted, but that being said it is made well very nice quality.

The gavel looks nice and the engraving was done well. When the brass plate was assembled around the hammer portion, the end was not properly bent down to match the diameter of the hammer. I took it apart and fixed that myself. The gift box included is more of a white corrugated box - great for shipping, but not really for a gift. I sent these comments to Customer Service at Executive Gift Shoppe (actually tried two email addresses) within a couple of days of receiving it. I received no reply - no comment - no nothing. For what I paid it's a decent gavel, but now I'm searching for a nice box or bag to use to give it to the recipient. And someone should look at the finished product after it's reassembled.

I was looking for a personalized gavel to give to a friend, and out of all the places I looked, this had the best price. The customization is free, the shipping is inexpensive, it got to me several days before it said it would, and the gavel itself is of good quality. I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone.

The product I ordered was of great quality and shipped in timely manner. However, what stood out to me was the excellent customer service I received. The engraving on the gavel that I purchased was incorrect in my purchase confirmation email. It was somehow completely different than what I had wanted. I somehow copy and pasted the wrong info into that section of the order form. I sent an email to customer service explaining the situation. Shortly after sending that email I received a shipping confirmation email and thought all was lost. To my surprise, a customer service rep emailed me back and explained that they were able to stop my shipment before it got to the post office and they correct the engraving at no extra cost and STILL shipped the item by the date they had promised!! It doesn't get much better than that and I highly reccommend this company to all. Thank you!
