I received this as a gift and I had to find the website and order some more!!!

I've purchased this item on two occasions as a parting gift for colleagues at work. Both times I found the website and purchasing process to be convenient and user friendly, and on both occasions the item came promptly in the mail. However, the quality of the two items differred significantly. The first item I received was very handsome and rich-looking, with deep engraving that was highly visible and pronounced to the touch. It looked great, and I was proud to bestow it as a gift. In fact, that's what prompted me to make a second purchase. Unfortunately, the next time I purchased the same item -- a few months later -- I found the engraving tp be much more faint, barely legible from a distance, and very washed out-looking. Since my colleague was leaving shortly after receipt of the case, I didn't have time to complain or ask for a new item, so I don't know whether the vendor would have been willing to replace the item if requested. Still, my experience with the second item gives me pause as to whether I would purchase this item, or any item, from this vendor again.

This pen set in a case came pretty quickly. However it rattles in the case. The engraved name was very faintly outlined so I am disappointed. Also you have to roll the pens around until they fit right so you can close the case. I thought the wood would be more glossy & the pens a bit thinner. This is a Christmas gift so the person hasn't yet received it

The item is beautiful and classy. It shipped when I was told it would and was delivered on the day I was told it would arrive. I'm a very satisfied customer!

We bought these to give to our groomsmen for our wedding. They arrived very fast which was great as we waited to the last week before to order them. We were nervous about the timing but they got here in plenty of time and looked great. I'd suggest getting some felt for inside the box as the pens do rattle a little but we were very pleased with the box, pens and engraving. Very reasonable price too, they look like we spent more than we did.

My first time ordering I was a bit skeptical, I was very impressed. The set was not only beautiful they arrived within a week of ordering

This is a well made, beautiful pen set. We have given them out to Board Members as they leave the Board and they love them.
