The pen and box looked exactly like the image preview on the screen. The engraving on both pen and box were crisp and distinct in lettering and smooth to the touch. Wrapping during shipping was more than adequate to protect both pen and box. Order-to-arrival was less than 1 week. I definitely will be a return customer.

Absolutely beautiful. I bought it for by boyfriend, as a special office gift, and he loved it. It is an incredibly professional and stylish addition to his desk.

Pen overall looks great and writes well. The mechanism that attaches to the top was loose and flimsy. If it was attached solidly, I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought two pens as Christmas gifts. Both recipients were very pleased with the way the pens feel in the hand and the way that they write. I ordered them at the last minute and realized that I messed up one of the initials on the pen. I called them on the Monday before Christmas to plead my case of my mess up. They went out of their way to fix it for me and expedite the shipping at their cost even though it was my mistake. Above and beyond. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely order from them again.

I knew this would be beautiful but I was actually quite taken back by HOW beautiful it is in person. The writing is lovely and delicate, and the metal of the pen is shiny and bright. The whole set has a very thoughtful feel about it that I think will be appreciated. I bought one for my dad and one for my boyfriend (who has to take some pretty important exams soon). The box and pen are beautiful. Im not crazy about the Initals I choose to have engraved on the pen. I wish there was a better preview for the engraving on the pen or if they confirmed your order and made sure you like how it looks before they send it to production. Its very hard to read and too small. I guess its my fault for choosing the font that I did. The engraving on the box came out great.

My only complaint is the wooden box had a chip in it. Whether it was that way from the factory or it happened when it was lasered I don't know. If it was a higher priced item I would have returned it. For the Price it was a great gift. Fast Service, Easy Web Site. I would use them again.
