When it comes to the excellence of the product and the customer service. Employees took the time and personally email me to make sure that it’s what I wanted before final product. Personalization was fast, accurate, and lovely! I expected the pens to have a bit more weight to them, but overall they were fantastic.

I will say that the quality is what you would expect for the price. The stain is a little thick and artificial looking, but it is nicely engraved. I would have given 4 stars, but the customer service killed it in the end. To me, service can add a multitude of flaws. I received my pen set, and either their fault or mine, the first name was spelled wrong on the box. I do believe it was my error in filling out from online. I called to request a new box. After calling from early morning until early evening, leaving 3 messages, I finally reached a very polite person who said they would ship a new box, free of charge minus shipping. I paid for 3 day as I needed it for a doctorate graduation. I received a notice of shipment, 4 days. Didn't have it for the event. I was guaranteed it would arrive. When I called to request my shipping be refunded I was unable again to reach a person so I left a message (12/19/19) and have heard nothing (12/24/19). I don't care if they are a online company, customer service matters!

I also didn't like the way the pens rattled around inside the box. So I bought some red felt and using double sided tape I lined the inside of the trough, It worked out great and it appears a little higher end,

I purchased this pen for a mentor/friend. The quality of the case and pens looks much more expensive than the price tag. I was able to engrave a meaningful quote on the case and her name on the pen. Highly recommend.

I did not know that gifts t like this still existed , so was so happy to see this. and then when i saw that engraving was available, i was happy. the site was easy to use and order all the words on the pen and the box. the young men were pleased with this. Their boss was appreciative of their gift . and all were happy. I saw on my message from you, that it would be gift wrapped- but it was not and i was glad. I wanted to look at it first and also show it to the young men, first. I wrapped it for them. everyone was happy. now i am thinking of getting one for one of my grandsons, who was just promoted to a good job.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this gift because it was so inexpensive. The script writing was a perfect touch - I recommend the smallest sized font. It was a beautiful gift and I was proud to give it to my coworker!

The product was just what I wanted. Beautiful case and pens. The printing was excellent too.

The short end of the open box had a ridge. It looks as if the finish dripped from that end. The finish was not put on the slots evenly. I was disappointed in the color, a fake looking cherrywood, but that is minor. I contacted the company and they sent a new box. I am glad they told me to keep the first box because the replacement was worse. The slots on the second box had not been cut cleanly and the ends were ragged and then the finish was put on, covering the ragged wood. It was ragged all the way down the slots. It looks as if it was cut with a dull tool. The pens are very nice. I wish the box color matched the pen color.

I received the product 5 days after my order, which is a good thing. The box come out nicely. and the pens looks amazing. However, the letters on one line got a green-ish pattern in it, which I didn't expect at all since it should be all gold color as the picture. When you put the pen as it is in the picture, the box won't close completely. You will need to turn one of them on the other direction to completely close the box. I also expected it to be opened more than 90 degree but it turns out was a 90 degree box, but this is not their faults. One of the pen was still stick to the box when I try to take it out. But it didn't leave any mark on the pen so it's still a good product.

We ordered a sample of this for a 5 year anniversary gift for employees as well as the option that was more expensive, executive pen set. This box color looks really fake and the pens are not great quality. I would recommend spending the extra money as the executive pen set looks and feels much better.

I live in Canada and its the first time I order from this company, so I was a bit 'worried' but I have to say, the product I received is simply perfect. I often write poetry for my girlfriend and I though this set would make an original and memorable gift for our first Christmas together. You can have 3 lines engraved on the box but I only needed one. I had the words 'Let us write our story together' engraved on the box, with a pen engraved with my name, and the other with hers. My girlfriend was really happy and she though it was an amazing gift. With the possibility to engrave 3 lines of text on the box, this set can be a very good gift for pretty much any occasion, for anyone. The wooden box and wooden pencil are, in my opinion. pretty original and it looks so nice if you put the box on your office, on a table or anywhere.
