This was the first time I had ordered this product from this company. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. The pen and pencil set was nice and the engraving was perfect. The issue I had was there was no gift wrap and birthday card enclosed as I had requested. My grandson had no ideas it was from his grandparents and since it arrived a week before his birthday he was at a loss as to who it was from and why. This was a disappointment.

This was my first time buying from executivegiftshoppe, but it won’t be my last. The gift arrived ahead of time, and the recipient was very happy with the gift!

It came in exactly how I wanted it, except that the gift message that was supposed to have doesn’t seem like it came in with it. But I mean other than that everything else is flawless!

I ordered a month before december and the product arrived as advertised and before the expected shipping date, I have not tested the product but I am very happy with the appearance and will be proud to gift it for the holidays.

I bought this as a graduation gift. The wooden case had a small scuff mark on it. And the print of the graduate’s name on the two pens was just terrible (was blurry and looked very unprofessional). I regret buying this and wished I had an alternative gift for the graduate.

My original order arrived with incorrect engraving. Customer service was great & replaced the item but by the time the replacement arrived the occasion had already passed that I was going to give this set as a gift. It was very disappointing. The box seem cheaply made so for the price point I would not recommend it.

We purchased this as a high school graduation gift. Our order was delivered quickly, which is great for chronic procrastinators like us. The pen and pencil look sharp, are a nice quality and the box/case is especially pretty. The gift was a huge hit. (We chose to engrave the graduate's name and '2018' beneath his name on the box, initials only on the pen and pencil.)
