I purchased these as a gift for one of my doctors. I had the pens engraved. Looks great! I forgot to add the engraving for the case to my order so I contacted them and they engraved a case and sent to me at no charge!!!! Would order from here again.

You should be able to return inscribed items. Please use a better system when ordering online. The lettering on the description pen showed that the lettering was going to be big. But when I got the pen the lettering was so small it was laughable. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I have ordered pen sets from Executive Gift Shoppe numerous times, all engraved, and all received with elation. Not only does each box look beautiful, the engraving is excellent, and the pens flow smoothly. The are both eye and hand candy! Don't think twice.

I ordered last year. I gave my e mail address instead of my home address. It was delivered to someone else. I called them. They immediately saw the problem. They immediately said they would send the order and would not charge. I insisted no, it was my fault. They insisted to send it. So very nice on the phone. Received it quickly. This was the first time I had ordered this product from this company. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. The pen and pencil set was nice and the engraving was perfect. The issue I had was there was no gift wrap and birthday card enclosed as I had requested. My grandson had no ideas it was from his grandparents and since it arrived a week before his birthday he was at a loss as to who it was from and why. This was a disappointment.

I bought this as a graduation gift. The wooden case had a small scuff mark on it. And the print of the graduate’s name on the two pens was just terrible (was blurry and looked very unprofessional). I regret buying this and wished I had an alternative gift for the graduate.
