Verified BuyerRecently purchased. The first watch I have ever seen without the number "4" on the face. I sent htis information to the manufacturer a month ago but received no answer. In the meantime it makes a great conversation piece.

- Charles Hubert quality control comes up lacking. How could a watch get out of the factory missing one number?

This pocket watch is of excellent quality. The weight,clasp mechanism,and face of the clock all add to its elegance and beauty. The numbers are large and easy to reading and give a complimentary contrast to the white background. The engraving was very professional and created a great sentiment. This pocket watch makes a great gift. I am very pleased with this product.
