I want to say that the customer service is amazing I ordered this gift for my Husband December 11or the 18th but because of the pandemic it was late I received it January 19th but they talked emailed me to put me at ease and they made sure I received it. The engraving on it so pretty and something that will last. Let me say this dont let the price fool you and think it will not be of good quality it is so nice. Second item I've bought and now they have a customer for life. Please support this business they are well deserving of my praise and no I wasn't paid to say this.

Ordered this flask set several weeks before Christmas and paid for the 2-day delivery. Long story short, but USPS lost the package. I ordered from this company four years ago. The product was great. I ordered this year and the shot cups aren't shot sizes. They are little(half size of a shot). The engraving is nice. Thats why I rated the product as a 3.

Not mind blowing spectacular but pretty decent for the price. Customization and ordering was easy and shipping was quick. Wish the engravings stood out a little bit more on the wooden box, it's just etching but still looks nice. Had to let it air out for a couple of days as the foam inside had a bit of a chemical smell but no big deal. Will definitely use them again in the future.
