I bought this as a gift for a friend and she absolutely loves it. The engraving was exactly as I pictured it and the pens work flawlessly.

Overall very happy with the look and quality of the pens. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is that they rattled a LOT in their carrier. Seems like such a little thing, but just a little felt or something soft on the inside would fix the problem and protect the pens and carrier better.

I ordered this item as a graduation gift, and I couldn't have chosen a better company. The pens and box are absolutely beautiful and the engraving has no mistakes. Not only that, but it arrived at my house just two or three days after I placed the order! I cannot recommend this enough. I'd add a picture to prove how lovely it turned out, but it has his name and school written on the box.

I purchased this pen set made of cherrywood that comes in a beautiful box to match. The personalized printing is available on the pens and also the box. I was very pleased with the product. The pens were more substantial than I thought they would be and the printing was far beyond my expectations. It was purchased it as a gift, and the receiver loved it, and referred to it as a momento in time. He was very pleased with it. My only incident was that I found it difficult figuring out the various fonts, but I'm sure that is ''user" issue. I also spoke to a customer representative and he was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful pen set - just as pictured. Had it engraved with a quote about letter writing, which turned out perfect. Like other reviewers said, it rattles a lot in the custom box. But I knew that when I purchased it and am very satisfied with my purchase.

I've purchased this item on two occasions as a parting gift for colleagues at work. Both times I found the website and purchasing process to be convenient and user friendly, and on both occasions the item came promptly in the mail. However, the quality of the two items differred significantly. The first item I received was very handsome and rich-looking, with deep engraving that was highly visible and pronounced to the touch. It looked great, and I was proud to bestow it as a gift. In fact, that's what prompted me to make a second purchase. Unfortunately, the next time I purchased the same item -- a few months later -- I found the engraving tp be much more faint, barely legible from a distance, and very washed out-looking. Since my colleague was leaving shortly after receipt of the case, I didn't have time to complain or ask for a new item, so I don't know whether the vendor would have been willing to replace the item if requested. Still, my experience with the second item gives me pause as to whether I would purchase this item, or any item, from this vendor again.

This pen set in a case came pretty quickly. However it rattles in the case. The engraved name was very faintly outlined so I am disappointed. Also you have to roll the pens around until they fit right so you can close the case. I thought the wood would be more glossy & the pens a bit thinner. This is a Christmas gift so the person hasn't yet received it

We bought these to give to our groomsmen for our wedding. They arrived very fast which was great as we waited to the last week before to order them. We were nervous about the timing but they got here in plenty of time and looked great. I'd suggest getting some felt for inside the box as the pens do rattle a little but we were very pleased with the box, pens and engraving. Very reasonable price too, they look like we spent more than we did.
